Creating reservations
With SeatOn you can manage your customer reservations. The application doesn't just record reservations, it takes into account both expected arrivals and walk-in guests as well (i.e. when finding free tables in your restaurant, current occupancy is always checked).
Thus you can have one integrated solution which takes care of all your guests at the same time and handles their arrivals in a seamless way.
Customer can request a reservation by himself in two ways:
- using online reservations - through your website with SeatOn online widgets installed, or using the Facebook and Google integration
- through the keypad of his phone, by using the SeatOn IVR system
If the customer calls you directly by phone, you can also always enter reservations manually:
- using the New reservation option in the SeatOn Clover app
- using the New reservation option in the SeatOn Web application:
Every customer's visit to the restaurant is recorded and presented in the application as a single event, so it can later be updated, postponed, cancelled or analyzed in the SeatOn Reporting module.
