Online widgets
There are two types of SeatOn online widgets:
- Reservation widget is add-on to your restaurant's web page which adds SeatOn reservation functionality to your website. By including this widget into your website, you can allow your web page visitors to book a table by clicking on the floating button on your web page. - Availability widget is add-on to your restaurant's web page which adds SeatOn waitlist functionality to your website. It can be easily embedded into your website, and allow the customers visiting your website to check current table availability of your restaurant, and add themselves to the waiting list if all the tables are occupied. Using the reservation widget, all your web page visitors can book a table in a few simple steps, using the book a table button. When the customer requests a table reservation, verification email is sent to him in order to confirm the reservation. Furthermore, reservation request is also later approved by restaurant staff to avoid no-shows.
You website's visitors can check table availability online, and also add themselves to waiting list. Clicking on the availability button shows restaurant table availability status:
GREEN – percentage of available tables is below the defined threshold - restaurant has available space
YELLOW – percentage of available tables is near defined threshold - restaurant is almost full
RED – all tables are occupied, visitors can add themselves to waiting list
BLACK –restaurant is closed
