SeatOn Clover Flex app
SeatOn application can run on Clover Flex as most of the features present in Clover app are also present on the Clover Flex app, although with a smaller screen. Main menu consists of following screens:
- Arrivals - shows expected customer arrivals
- Walkins - manage unannounced and unplanned customer visits
- Waitlist - manages guests who are in the waiting list
- Release - release occupied tables
- Online - lists all customers' reservation requests which have come through the restaurant web page or by phone using the IVR system
- Search - search past and future events/reservations
- Create reservation - create new reservations
- Add to waitlist - add new guests to the waiting list
This screen shows expected customer arrivals, it is the equivalent of Expected arrivals screen on the SeatOn Clover app:
On the Walk-ins screen you can manage unannounced and unplanned customer visits. It is the equivalent of Walkins screen on the SeatOn Clover app.
Waitlist screen manages guests who are in the waiting list, it is the equivalent of Waitlist screen on the SeatOn Clover app:
Release screen allows you to manually release occupied tables.
Screen lists all customers' reservation requests which have come through the restaurant web page or by phone using the IVR system.
Search screen allows you to search for past and future events, like the Search screen on the SeatOn Clover app
New reservation screen allows you to create new reservations, like the screen Create new reservation on Seaton Clover app.
On this screen you can add new customers to the waiting list. It is the equivalent of the screen Add to waitlist on the SeatOn Clover app.
