Seaton application on Clover - Introduction

 

SeatOn application on Clover device consists of following screens:

  • Timeline - overview of events on a selected day
  • Expected arrivals - list of incoming customer arrivals
  • Walk-ins - handling unannounced and unplanned customer visits
  • Waitlist - management of the waiting list
  • Walkout - management of occupied tables
  • Pending requests - review and manage online reservations
  • Search - filter and search all events in the database

Typical screen of the SeatOn application is divided in four sections:

  1. Main menu
  2. Chosen screen functionality
  3. Action buttons
  4. Quick links

 

 

1. Main menu

Main menu from which you can access these features is always shown on top of the screen:

 

2. Chosen screen functionality

This is a space reserved for functionality of the screen which is chosen in the main menu, so its look varies depending on the selected screen.

 

3. Action buttons

This section contains refresh and help buttons. For features with dynamic content, sometimes it is necessary to refresh data:

When you get lost in the application, you can try searching support pages by clicking on the help button:

 

4. Quick links

You can create new reservation and add waiting list entry by following these quick links represented as icons in the lower right corner of the screen:

These quick links are present on almost any screen of the SeatOn Clover application.
