What's the difference between the SeatOn application on the Clover device and the SeatOn Web application?
SeatOn application on a Clover device is much simpler and it focuses mainly on the table management workflow. It is meant to be used by the staff that handles daily routine tasks, such as expected arrivals and walk-ins. It can be used for displaying a timeline of reserved tables, creating reservation, handling walk-in customers, adding customers to wait-list etc.
The web application, on the other hand, is much more complex and is meant to be used by restaurant owners/management. Its main focus is reporting and administrative tasks. Almost everything you can do in the SeatOn Clover application, you can also do in the SeatOn web application. In addition to that, it contains application settings, customer management and a powerful reporting engine.
