Which is the best subscription plan for me?
At the moment, SeatOn supports 4 subscription plans:
- Professional plan - ($79.00 per month) - Unlimited reservation and 3000 wait list covers included, each additional wait list cover will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Standard plan - ($49.00 per month) - 3000 reservation and 1000 wait list covers included, each additional will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Pay as you go - Pay per usage. Each reservation and wait list cover will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Free plan - 100 reservation and 100 wait list covers included at no cost.
"Cover" means "person", so a single reservation for 4 persons is calculated as 4 covers.
The best subscription plan is different for everyone, depending on your traffic volumes.
Examples, for different plans:
1) for 200 reservation covers per month:
Pay as you go, would cost 200 * $0.10 per cover = $20
Standard, would cost $49
Professional would cost $79
2) for 3000 reservation covers per month:
Pay as you go, would cost 3000 * $0.10 per cover = $300
Standard would cost $49
Professional would cost $79
3) for 5000 reservation covers per month:
Pay as you go: 5000 * $0.10 = $500
Standard: 3000 covers are included in a monthly plan, and additional (5000-3000=2000) are charged $0.10 per cover, so in total: $49 + 2000 * $0.10 = $249
Professional: $79
As you can see, choosing the optimal plan depends on volumes you expect.
