How do I i change my subscription plan?
At the moment, SeatOn supports 4 subscription plans:
- Professional plan - ($79.00 per month) - Unlimited reservation and 3000 wait list covers included, each additional wait list cover will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Standard plan - ($49.00 per month) - 3000 reservation and 1000 wait list covers included, each additional will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Pay as you go - Pay per usage. Each reservation and wait list cover will be charged $0.10 per cover.
- Free plan - 100 reservation and 100 wait list covers included at no cost.
If you want to change your current subscription plan, you can do it in two ways:
1. Change your subscription plan using a Clover device
Follow these 5 steps:
Step 1.
Log into your Clover device as admin user.
Step 2.
On your application dashboard, select More Tools:
Step 3.
Search for SeatOn Reservations, find it in your application list, and then tap on SeatOn Reservations icon. :
Step 4.
If you tapped on the SeatOn Reservations icon on the previous step, a screen with SeatOn Reservations app information opens up. Tap on the Change subscription button:
Step 5.
If you tapped on the Change subscription button on the previous step, a dialog with subscription plans opens up. In the dialog tap on the checkbox near subscription plan you want to choose, then tap on the Change Subscription button in order to change subscription plan:
You have now changed your subscription plan. You are charged monthly, but only for days when the subscription plan was active.
Example: if you had Standard plan for 15 days in April, and for the remaining 15 days of the month you had Professional plan, your total bill for April would be half of the Standard plan monthly price, plus the half of the Professional monthly price.
2. Change your subscription plan using web browser
Follow these 7 steps:
Step 1. Take your favorite Internet browser (Chrome, Safari etc.), go to the www.clover.com and log into your Clover account using your Clover credentials (username and password you should have received from Clover):
Step 2. If you have logged in successfully, you will see your dashboard. From the Menu on the left side of the screen, select More Tools (circled in red):
Step 3. In the search box, located on the upper right corner of the screen (circled in red), search for SeatOn Reservations by typing it in, and then click on the found application in the list:
Step 4. By clicking on "SeatOn Reservations" app, a new page loads with basic information about the SeatOn application. Click on the link "Change subscription" in the upper right corner (circled in red):
Step 5. A dialog opens up with a list of available subscription plans. Your current plan has its checkbox enabled.
Step 6. Select appropriate plan by clicking on its checkbox (here we change from STANDARD to PROFESSIONAL). Then, finally click the green button "Update subscription" which will become enabled if you have changed the plan:
Step 7. If you like, you can repeat steps 3-5, to check whether you have updated plan successfully, and which plan is currently selected. Note that the "Update subscription" button is disabled and shown in lighter green color.
