SeatOn Web - Employee details

 

Employee details page gives thorough information about employee. It can be accessed only by users with Manager roles. The page is divided into five sections as shown on the picture below:

  1. Employee data - contact and personal data of an employee, as well as SeatOn application privileges for the employee
  2. Customer feedback - events feedback by customers who were served by the selected employee
  3. Employee basic stats - revenue, tips and no-show rate for the employee
  4. Employee detailed stats - comprehensive reports about the employee's performance
  5. Latest activity - list of last employee's logins to the system

 

1. Employee data

This section contains essential contact and personal data of the employee:

  • Name and surname
  • Employed time
  • Average rate by customers
  • Nickname
  • Role
  • Contact data (email & phone)

Moreover, here you can also set SeatOn application privileges for this employee:

  • Can create reservation - is the employee allowed to create reservations for customers?
  • Can add to waitlist - is the employee allowed to put customers to waiting list?
  • Is active - set employee as inactive if the employee does not work at your restaurant anymore

2. Customer feedback

In this section are listed last 5 feedbacks given by customers who were served by the employee. You can request all feedback (if available) by clicking on the button "Show all". You will then be transferred to the page Customer feedback.

4. Employee detailed stats

This section contains three sub-reports which show detailed visit and spending analytics on visits managed by the employee. It is divided in 3 sub-sections, accessible on separate tabs:

 

4.1. Visit statistics

Visit statistics report displays three sub-reports:

  • General visit statistics - shows total number of customer visits and share of different visit types (Reservation, Walk-in Seated, Walk-in Waitlisted) for visits managed by this employee. In addition, column %diff shows comparison of these numbers to all other employees. Column #covers shows total number of covers for the specific visit type.
  • Reservation statistics - total number of reservations, no-show and canceled reservations for visits managed by this employee
  • Waitlist statistics - total number of visits when the customer was put to the waiting list, as well as no-show and canceled waitlisted events, for visits managed by this employee

 

4.2. Weekly Performance

Weekly performance shows total revenue for events closed by the employee in a specific week. You can specify arbitrary week in the past, or use the quick buttons "Last week" and "Current week" to select last or current week, respectively.

Performance data is presented on histogram with day of week on the horizontal axis, and revenue on the vertical axis. Each day of the week is presented as a separate bar on the histogram. In addition, week totals performance lists following calculated values:

  • Revenue
    • Total revenue
    • Average revenue per visit
    • Average revenue per cover
  • Tips
    • Total tips
    • Average tip and percentage of tip in relation to the total bill amount
  • Visits
    • Total number of visits
    • Total number of covers
    • Average covers per visit
  • No Show
    • Percentage of no show events
    • Total number of no show events
    • Sum of all covers for no show events
    • Estimated revenue loss for no show events

Below the histogram, a table with even more performance details is shown with days of week as rows, and the following columns:

  • Revenue - total revenue, percentage of revenue for this day in comparison to total revenue, average revenue per visit, average revenue per cover and comparison to other employees
  • Tips - total tips, percentage of tips for this day in comparison to total tips, average tip per visit and percentage of tip in relation to the total bill amount, average tip per cover
  • Number of visits - total number of visits, total sum of covers, average covers per visit, comparison to other employees
  • No show visits - percentage of no show events in relation to visit type, total number of no-show events, total sum of covers on no-show events, total estimated loss due to no-show events.
  • Reservation ratio - share of Reservation visit types in total number of visits

In addition, it is possible to sort the table by various criteria:

  • Revenue
  • Average revenue per cover
  • Total tips
  • Average tips per visit
  • Average tips in percentage
  • Average tips per cover
  • Number of visits
  • Number of covers
  • No show rate
  • Reservation ratio

By default, table is sorted by total revenue.

 

4.3. Monthly Performance

Monthly performance shows total revenue for events closed by the employee in the last 12 months.

Performance data is presented on histogram with month on the horizontal axis, and revenue on the vertical axis. Each month is presented as a separate bar on the histogram. In addition, monthly total performance lists following calculated values for events managed by this employee:

  • Revenue
    • Total revenue
    • Average revenue per visit
    • Average revenue per cover
  • Tips
    • Total tips
    • Average tip and percentage of tip in relation to the total bill amount
  • Visits
    • Total number of visits
    • Total number of covers
    • Average covers per visit
  • No shows
    • No-show percentage
    • Total number of no-show events
    • Total sum of covers for no-show events
    • Estimated loss for no-show events

Below the histogram, a table with even more performance details is shown with days of week as rows, and the following columns:

5. Latest activity

This section shows latest 15 activities (i.e. changes to a specific event) done by this employee. Actions are presented in a table with the following columns:

  • Type - event type (Reservation, Walk-in Seated, Walk-in Waitlisted) on which the action made a change
  • Time - time and date of the activity
  • Activity description - detailed description of activity (i.e. what kind of change has been made to the event)
  • Show details - click the button "Show details" to get details about the event changed by the employee. You will be taken to the Event details page.
