SeatOn Web - Customer feedback
To have all your customers listed and sorted by various criteria, go to the main menu and select Customers/Customer feedback. On this page you can check how customers perceive your restaurant, and correct possible flaws in your service
Feedback search criteria:
Feedback rated between – filter customer feedback based on a feedback grade (1-5)
Feedback posted between – filter customer feedback based on a time period when the feedback was given.
When you have defined criteria for feedback, press the button Filter customer feedback to query the database. Customers' feedback matching defined criteria are listed in the bottom panel, sorted by the time when they were given (newest first).
