How do I change customer data ?
There are several ways to edit customer data:
- In the SeatOn application (either SeatOn Web or SeatOn Clover), you can change basic customer data when you are creating a reservation or adding a customer to the waitlist.
- On the SeatOn Web application, find the customer using customer search (Customers -> Customer search) or using the customer list (Customers -> Customer list). Click on the 'Edit' button which will open the edit form. Here you can edit the data you want, and when finished, click on the 'Save customer data'. Also, if you are on the Customer details screen, you can switch to edit mode by clicking the 'Edit customer'.
- You can also change customer data in the Clover Customers application, and the changes will be visible in the SeatOn application
