The SeatOn team is pleased to announce the release of SeatOn version 2.2.
The update includes new features and many improvements. Here is a list of main improvements:
- Google search integration - expand your reach, acquire a new customer and allow them to create reservation directly from google search result pages
- Facebook integration - allow your Facebook community to create online reservation easily directly from your Facebook page
- Business Hours - define business hours in SeatOn system directly and differentiate business hours for reservation from general business hours created in Clover system
- Non-working hours - define now working hours in SeatOn system for which reservations will not be possible.
- Welcome letter - upon installation of SeatOn application, SeatOn will send you an email to make it easier for our clients to get started with the SeatOn system
- Online reservation request verification - customize when you would like to send verification email to the guest after creating an online reservation
- Reservation reminder new channel - minimize no shows and send reservation reminder to your customer using text message
- Weekly reservation overview - a weekly list of your reservations
- Plus many other enhancements and bug fixes
