SeatOn Web - Reports overview
Reports are accessible only to users with Manager role by clicking on the Reports branch of the SeatOn Web application side menu.
Following reports are available:
- Daily performance - total restaurant revenue statistics in the last 30 days
- Revenue trend - restaurant revenue statistics in the last 12 calendar months, depending on visit type or customer type
- Employees performance - customers’ spending data based on the employee who served them
- Aggregated revenue - customer spending habits depending on visiting hours or days of week
- Occupancy report - usage of restaurant resources at different times of day or on different weekdays
