SeatOn Web - Home Dashboard

 

Home dashboard screen is the entry point of the SeatOn Web application, the one that is first shown to the user after a successful login, as on the picture below:

 

Home dashboard shows current performance of your restaurant, including what happened since the last login, overview of customer stats, occupancy rate for current week, today's expected arrivals, open pre-reservations, and the current state of the waiting list. Dashboard is divided in five sections:

  1. Current week overview
  2. Number of changes since the last login
  3. Upcoming reservation list for the current week
  4. Open pre-reservation list
  5. Wait list

 


1. Current week overview

This section shows current week's occupancy rate, and also a comparison with previous week's occupancy rate. In addition, it also shows number of total completed visits in a form of a pie chart, as well as a number of upcoming visits in the current week.

 

By clicking on the button "Open reservation center", you can go directly to the Reservation center page in order to check reservations in detail.

By clicking on the button "Switch to old home", you can switch the Home dashboard to to the old Home Dashboard page with different functionalities and look and feel.

 

2. Number of changes since the last login

In this section you can check total number of changes since the last usage of the SeatOn Web application, including:

  • New customers registered
  • New customer feedback received
  • New reservations created
  • Open online reservation requests (pre-reservations)
  • Number of recently canceled reservations

 

3. Upcoming reservation list for the current week

This section contains a concise list of all reservations for the current week, with the following information:

  • reservation time and date
  • number of persons and expected duration
  • customer name and contact information
  • source of reservation (e.g. Web, IVR, entered by staff etc.)

By clicking on the button "DETAILS" near each event, you can check reservation details on the Event details page.

Moreover, by clicking on the button "Show all today reservations" you can check all of today's reservation details on the Expected arrivals page.

 

4. Open pre-reservation list

This section contains a concise list of all open pre-reservations for the current week, with the following information:

  • reservation time and date
  • number of persons and expected duration
  • customer name and contact information
  • source of reservation (e.g. Web, IVR, entered by staff etc.)

By clicking on the button "DETAILS" near each event, you can check reservation details on the Event details page.

Moreover, by clicking on the button "Manage pre-reservations" you can check Pre-reservations list in detail, and assign tables to them,

 

5. Wait list

This section shows current wait list queue, i.e. customers who are currently in the queue, their table requests, and their contact data.

By clicking on the button "Manage wait-list" you can check and handle waitlist entries on the Waitlist page.
